Features

Everything Pulse does today.

A small, complete workflow rather than broad, unfinished capability. Each of these is built and running — nothing here is a roadmap promise.

01 · Attention queue

One ranked list of what needs you.

Pulse gathers every in-scope project that scored above zero, groups them into Urgent, Review and Monitor, and ranks them by attention score. Each row carries its single most important finding, its three scores, the due date and a link straight into Asana.

The urgent band opens first, so the work that can’t wait is the first thing you read.

02 · Explainable checks

Every finding shows its working.

Findings come from eleven deterministic, versioned rules — never an opaque model. Each one records the evidence it read, a stable rule code and the moment it was observed, so a signal is always accountable.

Completed and archived projects are scored clean. Pulse doesn’t nag about finished work.

R005

Status update is stale

03 · Three separate scores

Risk, urgency and confidence — never blended.

Delivery risk is the evidence something is going wrong. Attention priority is how urgently to look. Data confidence is how far to trust the read. Keeping them apart means a tidy-but-quiet project and a genuinely slipping one never look the same.

There is no single composite score hiding the evidence beneath it.

04 · Weekly brief

The week, written up for you.

Generate a weekly management brief on demand. It classifies each project as new, worsening, improving or resolved against last week and groups them by priority — in matching HTML and plain text, ready to read in the app.

Email delivery isn’t part of the pilot yet — briefs live in the dashboard.

05 · Asana connection

Read-only, and scoped by you.

Pulse connects with OAuth and PKCE, requests six read-only scopes and stores its token encrypted. You then choose which teams, portfolios and projects it watches — so a large workspace stays focused on the delivery you own.

It never writes back, creates tasks or changes status.
